- Cali is a 13yo (just turned), zangersheide mare, fit and competing now. - 8th at Norton Disney BE90 April 2024 - 8th at Little Downham BE100 July 2023 - 11th at Little Downham BE100 June 2023 Cali is confidently eventing at BE100 placings in top 10, with scope to go higher. She is a XC machine and always easily makes the time. Forwards to a fence, a push button go, jumps off any stride, extremely responsive to aids. Cali has many double clears under her belt and has previously qualified for BE regionals and will easily do so again this season. She has 3 balanced forwards paces, lateral work, flying change, very uphill, willing and a fast learner. Currently competing BD prelim with competitive results and working at Novice at home. Always placed at BD. NO VICES, does not nap, easy to do in all ways, very sweet, kind girl. Hacks alone or in company. We’ve done it all, beach rides, group hacks, stay away shows, she stands on lorry, always behaves impeccably. I have owned cali for 6 years, we’ve learnt alongside each other. She is currently eventing and ready to continue the season with a new partner. Open to vetting. Currently unshod and competes unshod, but has had shoes on in the past with no problems. Lives out or in and is happy to be in the same field with mares and geldings. Not mareish in any way.
