- Deposit taken! 16.3hh 8 y/o TB gelding. ***EXCEPTIONAL TEMPERAMENT WITH MOVES TO MATCH*** Ted hacks alone and in company and is not phased by any traffic. Well behaved in open spaces. Fantastic temperament, nothing bothers him - he is like a big dog! My novice partner who had never been around horses until last year, can handle/rug/feed him. Ted moves fantastically and is incredibly comfy to ride. Schools in all 3 paces, however this isn’t something we’ve kept up with as no arena, so is still green in this area. However I am sure he would produce a fantastic dressage test given time as he is incredibly supple and feels like he floats across the ground. Is bold and will jump anything you point him at. Good to catch, comes to call from 3 fields away. Easy to clip. Loads and travels well. Ted’s only quirk: his attention span doesn’t match the length of time it takes the farrier to do their job 🤣 so he will fidget. This is solved by giving him a lick which keeps his simple brain busy. I am certain he could excel in nearly any sphere, whether that be as a happy hacker/team chaser/hunter/all-rounder. Eligible for ROR. Would love to keep in touch with him as he really is a character and part of the family. Only looking for a new postcode due to personal circumstances. Based in NORTH WALES.
