Description: 12.2hh cob x type mare. Rising 5. Leg at each corner, kick along type. More whoa than go! Pip has been professionally backed and trained and ridden away independently by tiny 8 year old jockey. Will make a super lead rein hunt pony or second pony, not yet a first ridden. Unflappable laid back pony, she has taken to the mounted games equipment without batting an eyelid and quiet around heavy farm machinery. Since been with us she has not put a foot wrong. She is a very clever, willing pony and takes everything in her stride. She is accomplished and responsive to voice command and will walk, trot and canter in the school independently listening to her little jockey. She rides and leads or hacks out on her own or in a group, infront or behind. Doesn’t get fizzy or strong but nicely forward. I have yet to take her to the meet and introduce her to hounds but feel she would excel at this as she is so chilled. Good in traffic, load, farrier, handled from the ground by kids. Still only a baby so no complete novices. With a competent, confident rider, will make someone an excellent pony club project for next year. She is currently in work but due to be turned out and sold from the field. May consider a loan to an excellent proven local home only. Based Queensbury, Bradford. Up to date with everything.
