Description: Super smart 13.1hh (although rides bigger) 14 year old Dun mare. Rusty is a joy to have around and handle, she has impeccable manners and is very willing to please. Rusty has 41 Irish show jumping points, qualified for Hickstead NSEA arena eventing 80 2023 jockey had only sat on her twice the week before, she has done pony club, pony club team SJ, Gatcombe pc SJ, NSEA, area 9 SJ champs, stay away shows, BS just for schools, Xc and inter hunt relay at the country fair and paraded with the hounds, she did hunt in Ireland. Would make a fantastic working hunter pony. She is incredibly easy to do in every way, not sharp or silly. Rusty has 3 correct balanced paces on the flat working in a correct outline. She has a very scopey jump over show jumps and xc fences. Great with water, steps and ditches, genuine to skinnies. Rusty maintains a lovely rhythmical canter. She hacks out happily on her own or in company, this also applies to her living out or in and doesn’t mind if she is by herself or others. Very good to box and is currently barefoot and has been since owned. Rusty would excel in any sphere and would suit a competitive rider who wants to have fun and go out and win. She is a forward going ride, with a can do attitude and will be sure to try her hoof at whatever is asked of her.
