Description: 🤍🖤BUDDY🖤🤍 12.2h 6 year old gelding (7 in January) Honest ad We’ve owned Buddy since March and he has given us a summer full of fun. He has done weekly Pony Club rallies, inc a week away at summer camp. Beach ride, a weekend trip to the New Forest, many Clear rounds/Unaffiliated SJ, XC and lots of hacks. Buddy absolutely loves to jump and has huge scope. My 6 year old daughter has jumped 50cm on him but an older rider could comfortably get him round a course of 70/80cm. At shows he behaves impeccably and waits patiently. He would make a great hunting pony and is in his element at XC. He is the sweetest pony on the yard, a real peacekeeper. Happy to live in or out, with mares or geldings. He is good to load, farrier etc. To clip his body is fine but needs a twitch or sedation for legs and face. We adore Buddy but since progressing off the lead rein he has proven to be just to strong for my 6 year old daughter. Therefore he would be better suited to an older competent child and I know they would have so much fun together as Buddy really tries his best. Buddy will happily go on the lead rein but I would say he was a first ridden for a capable older rider off the lead. He was 5 stage vetted in February - paperwork available.
