- Great jumper and super fun. Allrounder type and would make a lovely riding club horse. Roddy is a gorgeous 16.1 5yo bay Tb gelding. He has never been in training. Roddy has been produced beautifully, and goes really lovely on the flat in all 3 paces. He has a scopey jump and really enjoys his jumping. He’s been to pole rallies, showjumping competitions where he rarely has poles down. He’s super careful and unphased by fillers. He’s easy to a fence and is very correct. Roddy has been out to dressage comps and gets really lovely comments from the judges. He’s been cross country schooling and loves it! Straight through water, over ditches, technical combinations he finds easy. Roddy has a lovely personality and a kind and gentle temperament. He’s great to hack, with or without company and has seen plenty of traffic, is great in open spaces and is happy to go first or last. For someone looking for a nice allrounder that has had a great start to his education, to produce further he would be ideal. He would make a lovely event horse, riding club horse or just a general allrounder. Roddy is still young and learning his job, so does require someone who can carry on his well formed education. He’s fantastic to clip catch shoe box etc and has no known stable vices. Based near Badminton. Plenty of videos and pictures on request via what’s app only.
