- Forward, flashy & floaty! Denzel, 16hh, ID x ISH, 6 year old gelding Please no time wasters, this is a really hard and long thought out decision and he will only go to the very best of homes. Denzel has the most sweetest temperament on the ground and is such a nice person to have around. He is so easy to do and is great with the farrier, dentist, to clip etc. He is up to date with everything. Passed a 5 stage vetting with full clean x-rays including his back in august 2021, I have the full report of this. Bred in the purple with full breeding recorded, he has the Silver Shadow Connemara line in him! (breeding in pictures) Denzel is still low mileage for his age, ideal for someone to put there own stamp on! He has 3 lovely, floaty paces and has been professionally schooled by a friend of mine; he is coming on very nicely with his schooling. Denzel requires a competent and quiet rider, he is still young and green in areas and needs confidence from his rider to bring out the best in him. He has seen plenty of showjumping and XC fences and has been to lots of arena and XC hires, where he has behaved impeccably and isn’t fazed by fillers etc, but he can become strong at times. I feel he would make an excellent hunter for someone, he absolutely loves it out on the hunt field! Equally, he has a lot of potential in dressage too with his moves! He has been produced slowly and correctly and is now ready to see more of the world! Out hacking Denzel is brilliant in all traffic, alone and in company but does require a confident rider.
