Rosa is a cracking little pony and with a confident rider she will excel in any discipline!
She has won the dean valley dressage championships and came home with 71% and earned a rosette from every comp! She enjoys her flatwork and can hold a great contact with the rider!
We have jumped upto 90cm with her at home and showed her upto 70cm, she is most comfortable around 60-70 now. She has the odd refusal if it’s a jump she hasn’t seen before but she will come straight back round and fly over it easy.
She doesn’t get fizzy in open spaces and loves to have a canter across the field, we have tried xc jumps with her and she really enjoys it and takes everything in her stride.
She needs a confident rider in new places as she can have the odd spook at things she hasn’t seen before but nothing dangerous and she just needs a pat and some encouragement then she’ll go straight past it without even noticing. She was spooking at farm machinery when we first got her but now she doesn’t even look at them and we ride straight past moving tractors and cars.
She doesn’t rear, buck or bite and she’s not a dangerous horse. She has been regularly handled and ridden by beginners and she doesn’t not take advantage nor be silly with them.
Good to clip, shod and load never had any problems with it
We don’t hack out on the roads but i’m sure it’s something you could work on as she learns quickly!
She is currently shod on her front feet. She’s going out into the field a few times every week but normally goes out every day and comes in at night and in the summer she’s in in the day and out at night.
Really genuine and sad sale but she’s been outgrown ability wise and mommy daughter wants to start jumping higher this year and rosa has been the perfect horse to learn on, she will only go to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ homes only!
