Description: The Future King (aka Jonty) A smart, kind and gentle pony. Jonty is currently showjumping at 1M unaffiliated and is fit and ready for the season ahead. He cruised his first 70cm ODE at the end of last season and has been SJ throughout the winter, showing lots of promise in the ring with clear rounds at 90 and stepping up to 1M with ease. He has been to SJ lessons with Eric Winter and schooled arena XC with Tim Cheffings, always willing to learn and well behaved around other horses. Jonty has taken part in combined training and a hunter trial, being well mannered and putting his best foot forward each time. He has hunted with the Devon and Somerset Stag hounds a couple of times and he has seen hounds. Recently went out for the last day (29th April 23). He was very well behaved, standing at the meet yet still green in that area. He is responsive and forward thinking but not strong, always been a snaffle mouth. He is the confidence-giving type, can point and shoot to a fence, he is a loving character with a huge heart and willing attitude. He has well established flat work with 3 even paces and showing good promise in tests. He is a competition pony, I believe he will excel in this area with good potential for grassroots and he is ready to go up the ranks with the right rider. His natural ability and enthusiasm is clear to see and for this reason, a knowledgeable 5* home is the most important thing to me. More photos and videos available upon request.
