- Heart breaking sale of our children's first pony Summer due to being out grown. If she would grow we'd keep her forever. Summer has been a rosette winning machine for us for the shows we've attended in-hand and under saddle. Weve always been placed highly. She has a lovely floaty pace with dapplely coat that has always caught the judges eyes. Summer has attended 2 seasons of pony club, one with past owner and 1 with us. I have two children sharing her, and she didn't bat an eyelid with us swapping over ALOT! she also attended pony camp this year and loved it, ties and stands at the box and can be left without a worry. Summer has been my children's pony to learn to ride on, I have also had my non rider daughter walk her around the school unaided without a worry. Shes more kick than go, a steady girl in the school. My 9 year old loads her on the 3.5 Box and she travels perfectly. Lunges in trott like a dream and carrys herself beautifully. Summer has been the perfect lead rein pony for my littlest girl and doesn't mind her being unbalanced, or walking around off lead on her own in the school. Summer hacks alone or company , she is a little more forward as she enjoys it. Summer is only 6years old and quiet as a lamb. Summer has walked past a rotty charging at a fence and she didn't bat an eyelid. She's been river walking and loves the water. We've dressed her up and covered her in tinsel last Xmas which was great fun. She has never gotten hot headed in company. Good with the farrier , upto date vaccinations , green passport Welsh cob society. I think the time has come to find her another little person to love and to get out back into the ring with the next little champion. Plenty of videos can be sent via what's app. I bet the first to see will take her home.
