Description
Paris is a beautiful 13.1hh liver chestnut mare. Don’t let her age put you off, she is a cracking little mare and shows the young ones up. Handled always but children, fantastic in always. Registered, Green Passport, microchipped. Looking for her new best friend, she’d love to teach a child the ropes in jumping, xc and dressage. Would say she’s best suited to a quiet but confident rider Paris has been there and done it all, we have owned her for 2yrs now. She loves all activities but excels in dressage and XC. The only reason for sale is that my daughter is now wanting to move to 80cm+ jumps and Paris prefers the easier life of up to 70cm, she is consistent and competitive at that level and brings home the ribbons. She likes a gentle but reassuring rider, not flapping around hanging on her mouth. She is not lead rein, or for a very nervous rider, but ideal for a confident novice child that is wanting to have fun. Snaffle mouthed at all times. At her previous home she was used for games & pole cross, my daughter isn’t interested in either of these but we were told Paris loves doing both. We have done farm rides, all PC rallies, dressage, XC, Was an absolute superstar at Pony Club Camp, enjoyed each day and didn’t put a hoof wrong. Regularly out competing at SJ and XC always in the rosettes. Hacks out alone or in company. She is as bombproof as can be in all traffic, wagons, tractors etc we hack over the M6 motorway and along side it, always 100%. Up to date with vaccinations, 100% with farrier, to clip and dentist (shod front only). Likes to be turned out and have a stable. Tends to live out in summer. Turned out with mares and geldings. Likes to at least see a friend over the fence, however has been turned out alone, will just shout for a few minutes but then settles. Travels alone or in company, in a trailer or box. Will stand quietly all day on either. Loads 1st time, every time. Never sick or sorry. She has the ground manners of a saint, loves a brush and fuss. Never kicked or bitten. Lifts all feet every time. Not a nasty bone in her, a true Angel and has taught my daughter so so much. Would trust the smallest child to lead or be around her. Can get a bit squealy when in season but no nastiness. Serious enquiries only, this is a very sad sale. She is a fantastic little pony and will be greatly missed. She has a heart of gold, kindest pony you will meet. I’ll be forever grateful for all she has taught my daughter, taking her from poles/xpoles to 70cm. Loads of videos and photos on request. £3,200 or £4,000 with Tack & Rugs
