- Millie is an 11 year old 13,3/14hh lightweight Cob X. She has been sadly outgrown by my 13 year old daughter who does everything with her. She is so easy to do. Fantastic ground manners. Great to Catch, Bath, Clip, Shoe, and for Dentist. Up to date with vacs, farrier and teeth. She has done Pony Club, Beech days, XC clinics, hours of hacking in wide open spaces. She is fantastic even in the heaviest traffic. Good to hack alone and in company. (She does take her confidence from her rider a bit when hacking alone. She doesn’t do anything silly but will stop and look at things she isn’t sure of) We live on a 400 acre dairy farm and my daughter has spent hours hacking her and I am never worried. She always looks after her. She has never bucked reared or bolted. I would say she is more of a second pony as she is forward and very fit, but also very safe and sensible. She loves to jump and has a fantastic pop. But she can be quite forward to a fence. Can jump a metre. But I would say she is more comfortable doing a course at 80-90cm. She has 3 balanced paces and is good in the school. Likes a varied life. Has done dressage at Pony Club, but wouldn’t suit a purely dressage home. Good to load on trailer. Never had her in wagon. Happy to live in or out with Mares or geldings. Doesn’t really like being left alone though. She will only be sold to the very best of homes and buyer must agree to stay in touch. Will come with Bridle and rugs. Saddle available by separate negotiation. Based in Lancashire.
