We have recently decided to part with our wonderful Emmy who is the kindest and most genuine pony I have ever had the pleasure of owning.
My daughter is a petite 6 year old and she can canter her around the fields on the buckle, jump with no hands and generally just have fun!
My daughter has jumped her on the lead rein at shows jumping clears (unfortunately daddy’s slow legs kept them out the placings!), Emmy will happily go off the lead (my daughter does ride her off the lead at home) but will need the leg of a bigger child or small stick for a smaller one like my daughter as she is more kick than go.
Sadly my daughter just finds her too slow now and is not wanting to jump on the lead rein at shows so we would love her to go on and do nothing more but fill another child with confidence.
We are in absolutely no rush and the best home for this superstar mare is paramount!
She is totally bombproof and is an absolute pleasure to have around. My daughter paints her hooves in pink glitter and can be found plaiting her tail on the daily.
Emmy will jump any filler and is never spooky. My daughter has jumped Emmy 70cm at home. Emmy has also been ridden by a small 5 year old at a show who described her as the ‘best confidence giver.’
Emmy would be best suited to either a lead rein home or to a bigger nervous child (so they have the leg for her).
Emmy is the sort of mare that can be left without getting fresh. She has no vices and is easy to do in all ways.
