- Due to personal circumstances Laddie is now looking for his next perfect home. I have had the upmost pleasure of owning this fabulous boy for 11 years so this is such a heart-breaking and reluctant decision for me to make. Laddie is an angel to handle for anyone of any age; always being the yard favourite with his gentle and loving nature. Excellent manners both on foot and in the saddle. He has an excellent jump with 3 established paces producing a lovely dressage test. This is a pony that absolutely loves and thrives from his job and will easily continue to compete at BE90/100. Laddie has been to numerous camps and is perfect to stay away from home and train. He is not fazed whether he is alone or in a group. He has done 2 half seasons of eventing with me so very low mileage for his age and a lot left to give. He did his first event of the season this year at Norton Disney gaining 3rd position and has a very promising season ahead. I have listed some of our top placings below for BE90: ➢ Northallerton 1st placing (national qualifier ticket gained for championships) ➢ Norton Disney 3rd placing ➢ Richmond 5th placing ➢ Askham Bryan 7th placing ➢ Chillington Hall National Qualifier 12th placing Perfect to bath, clip, load, trim (has always gone barefoot) and for the dentist. I travel him everywhere on this own in my 3.5t horsebox and he will stay on there for hours with a hay net while I go walk the courses etc. He is very easy-going with a lot to love! Perfect to hack alone or in company and is not fazed by traffic. Laddie is a super pony with a lot of talent which would suit a competition home, he is never silly, but not a novice ride or first pony. He can throw in the occasional buck when excited, nothing big, just cheeky. Never had any medical issues for the full 11 years of owning him and open to vetting’s. I cannot stress that finding a 10* home is my priority and in no rush to sell until that that person comes along. Happy to answer any questions and I have an abundance of pictures and videos.
