- Rising 4yo filly to mature 16.3hh. Jaguar Mail x Tinarana Goldwave x Puissance. Top quality event prospect. Smart, rangey, classy filly bred for a top job. Avril is a very sweet, kind, affectionate horse and an absolute pleasure to have around. She graded Gold as a foal in the Futurity series and is a well put together model with 65% blood. Good limbs, barrel and chest. Has recently been started quietly under saddle, taking everything in her stride. Moves very well across all 3 paces and showing great form over a fence in her handful of loose jump sessions, with a bold, willing and trainable nature. Has only been loose jumped a handful of times, has not been overfaced, booted or produced to a fence in any way. Loves people! Easy enough for an amateur to produce on. Option to stay on for further education if required. Good xrays including the back and clean basic health check including heart, eyes, lungs. He has quick reflexes, good strength in his back, a fantastic technique, & three superior gaits with a brilliant canter. He is ranked second on the 2018 WBFSH Sire Rankings for eventing, & is the sire of European gold medallist FischerTakinou & double World Young Horse Champion, Tenareze. He had placings at both the French Championships and the World Breeding Championships for young horses. At 7 years old, Jaguar began competing at Grand Prix, and by the following year was already on the WBFSH rankings. Avril's dam Annie is by the international showjumping Argentinus x Acord II stallion Tinarana Goldwave and she is out of a Puissance mare. Her own dam jumped to 1.30m and has produced eventers to 3* and showjumpers to 1.30m. Annie has also produced the highest graded eventing yearling in the Futurity series for 2022 and the 4th highest eventing foal for 2020. Very sad sale of a quality homebred filly that we think very highly of. Price will increase the more she does.
