13hh super safe and fun!

Description: Betty our lovely pony is for sale. She is 13hh and 11yrs. She's been used mainly by me to nanny young children on their ponies over the past 2.5 years. She is brilliant in the heaviest of traffic (motorbikes, low flying aircraft, motorway bridges, temporary traffic lights, big farm machinery, traffic jams - Betts takes it all in her stride!) we've used her as the confidence giver to other ponies in these situations, and she is just as safe in these situations hacking alone. In open spaces she is totally sensible on her own as well as when in a group- she will go at whatever speed you want her to - regardless of what the horses around her are doing. I've been able to support wobbly children on their ponies going for their first canter /gallop in huge fields knowing that Betty is going to do exactly what I ask of her. She is not what I'd describe as a kick along but she is equally not sharp/fizzy! With us she has lived totally on her own at times and with friends with no bother. Lives out happily all year. Definitely bottom of the pack in a herd. The sort of pony that does not get silly if you do not have time to ride every day (or even every week!). I would not describe her as a first pony however she has been happily ridden by both my children and non horsey husband! We Would like to find her a long term home. 07903515233
