- Perfect LR Pony / All Rounder / Showing / Pony Club / Ideal for Tiny Tots / Happy Hacker *12.2 hh *Welsh Section C *Palomino *Mare *14 years old Crunchie is the prettiest, perfect lead rein pony for young riders as instinctively she knows she has to look after the little ones. Our 4 year old son, who is a total beginner, has enjoyed riding Crunchie - in the school, hacking & Pony Club activities. She’s also been ridden weekly by our friends 2 year old, in a little Inky Dinky saddle, and has been totally foot perfect. Very sadly our daughter has outgrown Crunchie and my son is not committed enough to ride. In the time we have had her she has been very busy and has attended all Pony Club rallies, Mini Camp and Shows as well as Hunter Trials which she won on the lead rein. In addition to the above - Pony Club ’22 was a great success for my daughter (7) & son (4) - not putting a foot wrong at any event or rally and always coming home with rosettes for various disciplines: *Dressage *Show jumping *Cross Country *Best Lead Rein Rider *Prettiest Mare *Fancy Dress (where she was dressed in a cardboard tractor costume with our 4 year old son riding as the farmer). Snaffle mouthed, 3 lovely paces and not whizzy. Good as gold at shows, happy to stand on lorry/ trailer and very used to large open field for Pony Club and Cross Country. Crunchie is hacked regularly and is very accustomed to mountain bikes, runners, walkers, dogs, motorbikes and trucks on the trails and never been worried at all. She’s also used to tractors, etc in close proximity and not phased. Will live In or out. Currently turned out by herself (only due to her field friend leaving) with pony neighbours but has been turned out with geldings previously. *Unshod - when trimmed good for the farrier *Up to Date with Vaccinations and Dentist *Loads & travels well on both lorry and trailer and great to clip. *Never had laminitis or any other medical issues.
