Breeze is a very safe and kind mare suitable for a small novice rider or child. This is a very sad sale but my daughter wants to jump bigger than Breeze can. Although she is 15h she rides like a pony.
She show jumps competitively up to a full up 80cm but equally happy to trot around a 50cm course. Has done pony club for the last 2 years. Have only taken her XC on grass once where she did everything asked over a low height, has been arena XC and enjoyed this. She hasn’t done much dressage as this isn’t a discipline my daughter enjoys but schools nicely.Hacks happily alone or in company, she’s quite a brave and inquisitive mare, not spooky.
Always ridden in a snaffle, forward and responsive, with good brakes, never strong or silly. Has never reared, bolted, bronked, bit or kicked. She has previously done a small buck but this has only happened a couple of times and was when in season and not since we’ve given her the agnus castus supplement. Has lived with a mare and gelding quite happily.
Breeze lives in or out but prefers being out in the field, she is shod in front.
Loads and travels well in our 7.5t, never been in a 3.5 or trailer but can’t see a problem.
Up to date with vaccinations, dentist and farrier, stands nicely to be clipped.
Previous owner advised she couldn’t have haylage as it had upset her digestive tract so we have never given it to her, we did treat for ulcers when she first arrived 2 years ago (probably caused by digestive upset) never been a problem since we’ve treated them and she scoped clear.
No injuries or medical background other than the above - clean limbed, happy and healthy. Really sad sale of an awesome little horse.
