13.2hh 8 year old sporty type cob!
Moo is a lovely example on a cob, nice forward going type and really loves to jump. She has been out xc schooling a few times proving very brave and bold with all aspects. Would make a nice little eventer with some work. She’s schooled at lyneham over all of the biggest hedges and some of the intermediate fences just pinging them. She is very scopey and never says no! Has done her first team chase at the bicester where she jumped round for a lovely clear. She has also been to a few show jumping competitions where she’s been relaxed in the warm up and very sensible coming 1st in a 80cm class and on separate occasions 4th and 5th she is never spooky of fillers and doesn’t stop. Hacking out she is perfect doesn’t look at traffics ect. My 8 year old daughter has been hacking her off of the lead rein and in open spaces and also rides her in the school and has jumped her up to 90cm. She can be a little jumpy with new riders but has never bucked, reared, napped or bolted ect. Just sensitive off of your leg she’s not a kick along type. Well balanced riders only, Really fun cob would suit a child that can ride that knows the basics as my daughter does, small adult or competitive teenager that wanted to go out and have fun, and who wants to bring in some ribbons! Would be a great riding club or pony club type too. She’d be fine as a happy hacker although I feel she would probably wasted doing this as she does enjoy her job so would rather a more active home.
No vices at all, she is good with farrier and vet ect and is up to date on vaccinations, worming, feet, teeth and back.
