- Nellie has a real kind nature and a pure pet around the yard. She is an absolute confidence giver!! I can’t praise this mare enough She’s seen tractors, quads, cows, lots of tents (due to the Glastonbury festival). She has walked past other horses minding her own business. This mare is not phased but anything. She’ s had beginners riding her and had been an absolute dream. Nellie will plod if you want or she will kick up a gear if you ask. She stands to be mounted. She does well schooling and has been jumping in previous home. She is barefoot and will live in or out. She is good in a field alone or with other horses . Very easy to do mare. She is good for vet, farrier, load, travel, wash, groom, bring in from field. She has never pulled when being brought to the stable. She will walk at your pace.
