Welsh Sec C
Pony Club, All Rounder and Happy Hacker
All rounder / Showing / Pony Club / Ideal for Tiny Tots / Happy hacker Mare, 12.2, 14 years old, Welsh Sec C. Perfect lead rein pony especially for the little ones as she knows she must look after them and she does a great job at that. She does need a confident rider off of the lead rein hence why is more suitable as a second pony. Can’t stress just how fab she is with the little ones on her back! Our 4 year old son has done everything on her even though she was bought predominantly for our 7 year old daughter. He jumps off of her from standing on her saddle after every ride as well! She has also had a 2 year old riding with an Inky Dinky saddle and took it all in her stride and was fabulous for him. Our daughter has outgrown her a lot quicker than we thought she would, but in the time we have had her she has been very busy and has attended all Pony Club rallies, day camp and shows and most recently Hunter Trials which she won all on the lead rein. She has never been to a show or event with us and not come home with at least 1 rosette for various disciplines including dressage, show jumping, best lead rein rider, condition and turnout, prettiest mare and fancy dress (where she was dressed in a cardboard tractor costume with our 4 year old son riding as the farmer). She is a beautiful pony and really eye catching especially with her darker summer coat. Snaffle mouthed at all times and 3 lovely paces although does need leg to get her going. Good for the farrier, unshod, and up to date for jabs and dentist. Loads and travels well on both lorry and trailer. Good when being clipped, which she has just had done. Good at shows and very used to large open field for Pony Club and cross country course. She is fabulous out hacking and really enjoys being out in the woods, we have come across bikes, runners/walkers, dogs and motorbikes on the trails and never been worried at all. We hack on a byway with motorised vehicles. She’s also used to tractors, etc in close proximity and not phased. Currently turned out by herself with pony neighbours right next to her but has been turned out with geldings in the same field in the past. Never had laminitis or any other medical issues. Loads of photos and videos available but serious enquiries only please and no dealers! Daughters new pony has now arrived so she needs a new loving home that she can be centre of attention again just like she deserves!! £4,950 including tack and rugs.
