- 15.2hh bay Thoroughbred gelding who has just turned 3. He has been with me since birth, and therefore has had a good upbringing where he has been well handled, and is therefore very easy to deal with. Is good with the farrier, dentist (has just been seen, and had his wolf teeth out, and was incredibly well behaved) and also easy around the vet for vaccinations etc. He also happily loads, and doesn’t make a fuss once onboard travelling. I have lightly started long reining him, however lack of time has seen this come to a stop unfortunately, but he’s happy to be dropped off and picked up again, then once back in work remembers what you’ve already taught him like it was yesterday. Doesn’t bat an eyelid at anything when you do take him out, first ever time out he had to long rein past a lorry in a narrow gap and he just walked straight through. He has also had a saddle on, and been lightly lent over - also wasn’t phased by this.Happily lives in or out, and can be turned out with either mares or geldings.Unfortunately he does have a small blemish to his hock, he sustained an injury last year but it has fully recovered. It has just left him with a capped hock, but this doesn’t affect him in any shape or form. I’m happy to discuss the injury in further detail, and happy for you to speak to my vet / farrier so confirm it doesn’t bother him and that he’s 100% sound.A very sad sale of a very lovely horse who just wants to please you, unfortunately lack of time due to our family business forces sale.
