- Gus 💫 Available for sale or lease - right home more important than price. £9,000 ono Gus is a 16hh, 9yo, Irish Sport Horse (TB build). He has evented to BE100, done intermediate team chasing and BS double clears and placings in 1.05-1.15m classes. Lots of scope and very bold, would easily jump the bigger classes in time and make a competitive jumper. Gus is a quirky character- not dangerous or malicious at all but can buck and be opinionated at times. He absolutely loved Team Chasing, goes first or last in a snaffle, very bold but not silly! Very capable of doing dressage but gets hot on grass - recently scoring over 70% in his last 4 dressage tests on a surface. His flat work has improved massively and way more consistency to come with training! He may improve on grass with lots of patience/practice. Gus is good to hack alone and in company, good to load, shoe, clip, with dentist & vet etc. Very sadly for sale/lease just due to a lack of time! As a travelling groom I’m just not able to give him the time he deserves.
