One in a million! With a heart of gold! An absolute joy and total superstar! An amateur ride through and through, the type who is honest genuine and always tries to please! Jasper is a 15.2hh 4yr old chestnut irish gelding by the sire Killcotton Jim and the dam Goldilocks Charm. He is beautifully conformed with clean legs and superb feet. A real leg in each corner type with a rocking horse canter who feels extremely safe underneath you, the sort very difficult to find! As you can see from his video he’s literally 4 going on 14 and has the most laid back and calm nature to everything asked of him! An absolute rock solid hack! He will go behind, in front, alone and in company. Totally unphased by others cantering past and never gets strong! Snaffle mouthed for everything including hunting! Super in the heaviest of traffic from artics, to tractors, buses and motor bikes. Great in open spaces including warm ups, the beach, the sea and used to hacking around a busy village with lots going on. Has been ridden by a variety of riders including children and more novicey riders who have lacked confidence and has looked after them perfectly. Doesn’t need daily riding to keep him sane. This lovely horse has been lightly educated across all disciplines which has left him with a lovely positive attitude towards his work and a sane and sensible brain. Has showjumped at 80/90cm, evented unaffiliated, done dressage placed on his last outing, riding club and lightly hunted by a 13yr old girl. He has lots of ability and would jump much bigger tracks but he’s such a kind special horse his welfare and future is paramount. Loves to jump and is is extremely bold and brave whilst always staying in a steady polite rhythm. Has never said no to anything asked of him jumps ditches, steps, water and any fillers without any hesitation. He really has an old head on young shoulders! Three lovely paces and understands the concept of a correct outline. Works well from the aids without being sharp and is lovely and light in the hand. Was placed on his last dressage outing and with continued education he could really go far in this sphere. Lovely to have around on the yard! Will turnout out with mares and geldings, no vices, loves people and very low maintenance. Good to box(trailer/lorry)shoe,clip and catch. Ideal amateur ride or U18’s/mother daughter share he’s very straightforward, not sensitive, light in the hand and physically an easy ride. He will literally go on and do any job! Ideal grassroots BE/BS/BD who could go on the in future if required but is the type who’s always got his ears forward and wants to please. Full history known and top home priority for this lovely boy! https://youtu.be/OYW6HMuMg3A
