- The ultimate Novice/Junior/2 star or grassroots eventer. Stunning upstanding16.2hh gelding bred for the job by Primitive Proposal, Pete oozes presence and kindness. He has 18 BE points and 32 foundation points. He has three athlectic balanced paces, a fabulous walk and is light in the hand and finds it very easy to adjust his stride length. He is beautifully schooled with lateral work established and always produces a solid test at events. He has a powerful, scopey jump and is very bold and never says no either show jumping or cross country. He has been a schoolmaster for a teenager the last three years and has taken her from BE90 to Novice level always taking her around the cross country safely and in style. Pete is 100 percent to hack alone and in company and good to shoe, clip, box etc. He very friendly and excellent to handle in all ways. Very sound horse with no vices or past injuries. He is a forward competition horse so no novice/nervous riders. Pete really is the dream horse for junior or ambitious amateur for Novice/ 2 star and has the scope and attitude for Intermediate. Equally he would be very happy to step down and be the ultimate schoolmaster with wow factor at grassroots level. Horses like this are few and far between and do not often come on the market.
