- The ultimate all round fun amateurs horse. Alfie is a super smart lad who oozes quality and character. Just completed his first ODE at Horse Events Calmsden Horse Trials to finish 3rd. Double clear. 28.75 dressage. Has competed as a small hunter and working hunter at county level(novice and amateur) would be stepping up to some opens this year. 2022 results Bath & West 2nd Amateur/4th Novice WH Three counties 5th Novice WH Bridgend County Reserve champion WH The Royal Welsh Show 3rd Small Hunter SHB(GB) CHAMIONSHIP SHOW 3rd Amateur WH Qualified 2022 and 2023 for the BRC winter dressage championships on his one and only dressage outing of the year at Novice level. Ready to go out and compete Elementary and has all the talent to step up to Medium in a few months time with the right training. Has competed on a ticket BS this winter 1.05 and 1.10. Three balanced paces which gives a powerful but mannerly ride. Hacks alone or in company and has also been autumn hunting(he found this a bit boring and think he would prefer the pace of main season hunting) Has been cross country schooling several times and is happy through water and skinnies. Most recently to Pontispool on the all weather surface. I really feel he would excel as a top class amateurs/JNR/YR riding club/pony club/allrounder/eventer with Grassroots Badminton championships well within his capabilities. Good shoe, clip, catch, load and well traveled on a lorry. Alfie does crib bite but this does not effect him in any way and is a tremendous doer. 5* home of most importance. £25,000 ONO
