Starsky (Scarsdale Daybreak) has been with us for nearly 2 years now and is a lovely boy to have around. He has done a lot of road hacking both on and off lead rein. He has had all abilities of riders, from toddlers on lead rein to small adults. He has been away for schooling but is still green and low mileage in this area.
He is very good to catch, stands well to groom, and is handled all the time by children. He's good with the farrier (Barefoot) . We gave him a little clip, just to see how he was, and he was fine. He loads and travels well.
He now needs a more experienced rider to continue his education off lead rein. We don't have our own facilities and my daughter is ready to do more but needs something more experienced to help her progress further. He can be nappy towards other horses, which needs to be schooled out of him. He’s a quick learner and will progress quickly with the right person. He can be spooky when at new places but settles quickly.
He has got a lovely floating action and is very flashy. We feel he would show well. He's a good doer, up to date with Teeth, wormer and Vaccinations.
