Description: Approx 14.1hh, 10yr old, dapple grey, mare, Welsh section B x TB by Rotherwood Signature. Poppy works nicely on the flat with 3 lovely, active paces. She has been dressage, showjumping and XC, proving to have a bold, brave jump. She enjoys her jumping, making a nice shape over a fence. Not phased by any fillers. Has also taken part in group polework lessons. Poppy has super conformation, would do very well in the show ring. She moves straight, no lumps/ bumps/ blemishes. She is passported with the SPSS. Poppy has successfully shown in hand as a youngster. She scored 8.79 and was awarded a Higher First Premium in the Eventing Section at the BEF Futurity Evaluations. In 2014 she was the BEF highest placed Sports Pony Yearling at the British Breeding Awards. She hacks out alone/ in company. Good in traffic and open spaces. She’s a forward going, responsive ride but light in the hand, snaffle mouthed at all times. Has never bucked, reared or napped. Good to handle. Loads and travels well in our 3.5t lorry or trailer. Very easy to do, no vices. Up to date with teeth and vaccinations. No novices please due to being backed late through no fault of her own so is still a little green. Would suit competent Teenager/ young adult who enjoys a forward, fun pony to bring on. Would make a fantastic allrounder/ eventer or show pony.
