- Something a little bit different! Sad sale, same home since a yearling. Advertised on behalf of a livery. Super mover and impressive jump. Has won dressage comps, been to lots of training shows and has done a couple of working hunters. He will be show jumped until he is sold. Hacked out regularly by children and adults. Lots of videos available please just WhatsApp me and I’ll send them over. Green for his age, I have been riding him for his owner for a year and done all sorts with him, he’s jumped on and off steps, through water, all fillers etc. he has huge potential doing affiliated dressage or as a shp and whp. He will also BE and BS. He is pretty straightforward to ride, has the odd green spook but he’s honest and does not nap. On the ground he is very easy for us to handle, however he is nervous of strangers, this includes new vets and farriers etc. He is not nasty, just genuinely nervous and with encouragement and a gentle approach he soon comes round. I have clipped him and he has was nervous but let me do it with no sedation. He has had front shoes on before and was nervous with the farrier but let him do his job, he has very hard feet though so he’s barefoot at present. With his Arab blood and great feet and clean wind he would do endurance to a good level I’m sure. He is a very good doer and can live in it out. He is by knabstrupper stallion Thore Vom Pferdehof KNN 175 however doesn’t have a Knab passport so could do Appaloosa show classes. Due to him being green still and nervous he would not suit a novice, long term loving and knowledgeable home please for this special boy.
