- Nelly 15.2/3hh approx 8 year old mare rising 9. Nelly is a lovely girl who would excell from having a varied life as she loves her job. Would make a lovely little eventer. Very careful with her jumping and honest we have taken her to various different places, xc schooling, arena hires, arena eventing, hunting/farmers bloodhounds. She has always been ridden in a snaffle and isint strong even out hunting. Jumps anything hedges, rails, ditches ect. Would make a fantastic team chaser! Show jumps not phased by any fillers. Not a novice ride as she is forward going and likes to get on with her job but no nasties in her at all. Super fun horse would make a nice teenagers horse or adult who wants to go out and have fun. Hacks out alone and in company and is good in traffic and perfect in open spaces. Has done fun rides, been to the beach. Would do a bit of riding club or even dressage with the right person. Up to date with farrier, back, teeth, worming and jabs will need a restart. Good with farrier and to clip. No vices, Can be a bit face pulley in the stable at times but wouldn’t ever do anything you can go put a rug on or pick feet out even when she’s eating. Very heart felt sale as when Nelly came to me she was skin and bone and a lot of time has gone into getting her up to weight and with good muscle and topline.
