- This lovely boy is looking for his new home where he can be produced further to fully reach his potential. Willoughby is a smart 16.1hh 6 / rising 7 year old Hanoverian x thoroughbred gelding. He is a lovely young horse who shows lots of potential working on the flat. Hacks alone and in company, and passes lorries, farm machinery etc without any problems. Will live in or out He has schooled round Munstead, Petworth,, Twesledown etc 70cm /80cm/90cm and also popped round low level hunter trials which he loves. Placed in the top 3 each time.No problem with water or ditches. He doesn’t like group sessions and would rather just get on with the job. Good to clip, load, plait, catch, shoe, hose etc. doesn’t kick. or bite. A very kind horse on the ground who is a dream to handle. He still has a lot to learn and needs a quiet, balanced rider to further his education. He is being ridden by my 14 year old daughter but I feel I have over horsed her. Up to date with worming, vaccinations and teeth. He is open to a 5 stage vetting, has clean limbs, no lumps or bumps. Kind, loving home required
