Description: GUS 👀🏡 Registered Welsh C cross Connemara 8 years old Chestnut Gelding 14’1 Gus is Sadly looking for his new home due to his owners outgrowing him and moving up to horses. I currently have him on sales livery where he has settled in very well, he’s been clipped , shod , been on the walker for the first time and straight in the field with a mixed herd. He has a lovely temperament , He’s good on the ground and friendly with other ponies. He’s an all round easy pony to handle . Gus really enjoys his work and would suit a home where he is busy all the time , he can get bored if left too long. He has been a great all round pony who has done a bit of everything over the past 3 years with his owners. He has jumped round a 90cm unaffiliated course and is capable of jumping a bigger course with the right rider. This pony has amazing potential for the right rider. He needs a confident rider , someone to bring out the best in him so I don’t want him to go to a novice , he has been a great jumping pony and I’d love to see him go on and do well with the right rider. He is brilliant to hack alone and in company , safe in open spaces & brilliant XC. Gus has been handled daily by a young girl , he has never bitten or kicked . He is easy to catch, groom and tack up. It’s a sad sale as the owners have had him for nearly 3 years but there daughter has found her 1st horse, forcing the sale.
