Glencarrig Knight x Glencarrig Cara Results include: 1st - Punchestown EI90t finished on his dressage score of 31. 3rd- Punchestown EI100t 4th - Grove EI90t 2nd - All Ireland Clifden Green Hunter Qualifier (Ballinalee-One of few Clears) 3rd - Cloncaw 2 Phase (Double Clear) Placed in Numerous Unaffiliated Events, jumping double clears. Glencarrig Pat is an extremely versatile Connemara and has proven this in his first competition season, producing excellent results in both Eventing and Working Hunter Classes. He has been professionally trained. In dressage he is achieving low 30s & 20s. He is always clear cross country. Time is not an issue with this Connemara; he covers the ground easily and has a natural ability to jump within his stride. He has learnt to approach cross country confidently. He shows a lot of scope in show jumping. He jumps effortlessly, owing to his strong and balanced canter. He has an exceptional temperament and has been one of the most enjoyable and straightforward animals to produce. He is suitable for a ambitious junior rider or amateur who wants to be competitive in all three disciplines in eventing and/or a rider who is looking to win rosettes in the working hunter ring. He has the gallop, scope, movement and trainability to make a junior or amateur event horse to go to CCI2* level (EI110) if they wish to do so. Equally he has been given an education to excel in the RDS Performance Connemara Class and the HOYs 153 Working Hunter Class. I look forward to seeing him move up the grades and win many rosettes.
