Description: 16hh skewbald gelding 13yrs. Toby is a lovely horse looking for his new best friend. He loves to hack out, as this is what he has spent most of his life doing, and is great both on his own and in company. He is a lovely enthusiastic ride being forward going but not strong. Over the last 12 months he has been busy doing a lot more schooling and jumping with his young rider but she has realised she would really like something more established to give her the confidence to get out and start competing. Toby is still fairly green with his flatwork and jumping but has a very willing attitude and always tries his hardest. He would continue to improve with a patient experienced rider. He went XC schooling this summer and absolutely loved it jumping everything first time including ditches, water, steps etc. He has a lovely sensitive character and is good to handle, easy to keep and is never sick or sorry. He prefers to live out and is good with mares or geldings. He would suit a confident rider who wants to go hacking on something fun and forward going or do some fun rides and XC.
