- Selling on behalf of his owners. Joey is the perfect allrounder, but has sadly been outgrown. Snaffle mouthed, good to clip/shoe/catch/load/bath etc He has impeccable flatwork and has done Grassroots dressage regional champs coming individual 3rd in July 2023. In Aug 22 he was part of the gold medal team at Pony Club champs - Stepping Stones tetrathlon, and placing 5th in July 22 at the 70cm Cotswold Cup champs eventing. Joey is an absolute pleasure to have on the yard, loves affection and grooming and easy to do in all ways in the stable. He has been out schooling with us round 80cm successfully and has even shown the ropes to a much younger/smaller nervous rider who is confidently riding him in walk/trot/canter and jumping. Joeys comfortable height is up to 70cm and any bigger will need a capable rider to keep him forward thinking. Not nasty in any way just lacks confidence over bigger fences. Up to date with vaccinations/teeth/farrier/physio etc. Would be a perfect mother daughter share to teach his next jockey the ropes.
