Gorgeous little chap with lovely paces and an attitude to match- snaffle mouthed at all times, polite and responsive ride, not strong but not a plod either, level headed and sensible, easy to catch, load, trim, good in traffic, hacks alone or in company, not tried clipping. No vices or health issues, always handled and ridden by children, done pony club rallies, mounted games and unaffiliated show jumping, been cross country training. Very keen to please and quick to learn, turns a hoof to everything asked of him and doesn’t get silly or giddy but hasn’t quite got the mileage to be described as a perfect first pony quite yet, another year under an older child and he’ll be an absolute mothers dream because he’ll have really seen everything. My daughter has moved on to a faster pony as her legs just won’t stop growing and her brother isn’t interested enough. I trust him implicitly not to buck/rear/bolt/kick/bite but he’s slightly lacking ring experience over bigger tracks/competitive xc experience. Would be ideal for a confident more novice child or a slightly nervous but competent kid like my daughter was when she got him. Masses of potential, he’d make an excellent junior games pony and he’d be extremely competitive at pony club level in dressage, show jumping or tet.
