- Looking for a new home and loving Jockey 12.2 Grey Appaloosa X mare - Lancashire based PRICE REDUCED - TO BE SOLD AS A PROJECT She is wary of people she doesn't know and has always needed a little time to get to know and trust people , this appears to have worsened - She now presents very agitated with new people and doesn't want a new rider - she has started to buck with a new rider . This is not a back issue as she is more than happy to allow her present jockey to ride her - hacking and jumping. Anyone who has time to work with her and the new jockey - she will make a great pony for someone- PLEASE RING TO DISCUSS , VIEW and make an offer . She is too good to leave as a field pet. Owned by us for 4 years and now sadly outgrown by my 13 year old daughter. Urgently looking for a new jockey as she loves her jumping and all other disciplines and fun with pony club. Active member of Lancaster pony club enjoying SJ, all rallies and multiple camps. Very safe in open spaces, loves farm rides, the beach and hacking does prefer to hack with company. Heavy traffic doesn’t bother her. Ice is typical pony who needs a confident rider to get the best of her. She can be nappy if allowed , needs a knowledgeable home to help new jockey get the best from her. Ice loves a pamper, enjoys being groomed and is handled by all ages kids.
