- Our much loved Bertie Registered Welsh section B Chestnut gelding 13.1 Sadly outgrown after an amazing 3 1/2 years with my daughter. Would be suitable as a leadrein but would excel for a confident first ridden pony. Hacks alone and in company. Has attended local showjumping and dressage shows, always in the red ribbons. Recently attended his first one day event very well behaved and great placing. Up to date with farrrier, worming teeth & vaccines. Never sick or sorry. Good hardy type currently stays out at night and in on the day, winter routine he’s kept in. Currently with herd of geldings. Over the past 31/2 years bertie has really come on along with my daughter who was a complete novice on the lead rein to a confident rider competing at there first one day event. He really is a special pony with a typical Welsh full of character. Very sadly outgrown and we would really like him to go to the very best of homes. He’s a great pony for child who wants to go out and complete and bring home those ribbons! Open to vetting Great Facilities to trial him.
