- 16.1 Irish Sport Cob Good Man Van (Bishop) is a fun, well mannered 16.1 allrounder gelding, 15yrs old. Hacks out happily alone, behind or up front. Goes nicely on flat, bold doing XC & show jumping and knows his job on the hunt field. Super straight forward horse on the ground and ridden. bishop is not a plod but he has a lovely soft mouth, not heavy in your hand at all. No novices please, this horse loves to work and work properly, learning your up downs is a waste of his talents. Hunting he would lead the way or follow at the back so you can look after the kids. He'd tuck in the middle of a crowd or wait patiently while everyone squeezes through the tight gap. He skips over ditches and walks sensibly up and down awkward banks. At a competition he will jump a clear round, not care at all about that scary jump or shadow. Dressage he'll do it nicely all be it the XC later will be more his thing! He'll stand on the lorry all day and tie up it the yard while everyone else comes and goes with no drama. He has medical history which is reflected in his price, all vet reports available. He is sound and healthy now with no issues moving forward. Good to clip, shoe, catch and load. Lives out 24/7 Pm for videos and more photos!
