- Sting 16.3hh, TB. Ex point to point. 14yr old gelding Sad sale due to my daughter going to college. Gentle giant. Amazing stable manners, good with the farrier, vet and dentist. Easy to load, will go out with mares or geldings, easy to catch. Sting would be perfect for someone who just want to enjoy riding, Sting has competed up to 95cm and has jumped up to 1.15 at home and has all the scope to go bigger. He has competed with my daughter this year in the PC team [show jumping and eventing], done very well and helping the team into 5th place. Sting is also eligible for RoR. Sting is more than happy to hack out alone and in company, he is never silly or unsafe. Sting has also hunted and absolutely adores it, will stand around all day and never silly when people canter off. Sting much prefers a gentle rider, not a first horse.
