Description: Henry, a lovely sweet natured gentle horse, came to us from Ireland at the beginning of December having been shown the ropes in Ireland. We have steadily been working away with him since then and he has steadily improved but he is still a project ready for someone to bring the best out of him. He loves hacking, both alone and in company and is the least nappy horse you will ever meet. Henry will live in or out with mares or geldings. He is currently living out in a big field with a few others. However, he has also been regularly stabled and has no vices. He loads and travels on a trailer or wagon and happily stands on his own while you ride another. Easy to take off to places and manage on your own. He certainly isn’t the backward / nappy / clingy type of youngster, he is nicely forward and off the leg, he is confident to go off on his own and do whatever is asked of him. He is a very forward ride so would not be suitable for a nervous rider, however he has never reared or bucked. But he is been sold as a project horse to an experienced home.
