- Absolutely heartbreaking sale of Dreamer, due to riders ill health. I’ve been putting this off for the past year but I have realised I will never be well enough to do this horse justice or be consistent enough in her ridden work. 16hh TB mare, 13yrs old. Fully retrained by me after a brief flat race career. Very easy to do and handle on the ground, can take her anywhere and she is incredibly well behaved. She is a TB mare thought and she can be sharp and sensitive to ride so not suitable for a novice or a child coming off ponies, she needs a quiet, light handed rider. She’s evented up to 90 but jumping higher in training and unaff competitions and has the scope to go further having only ran 6 BE’s. She’s still a little green at competitions so needs someone who is used to producing horses as she is not the finished article but she’s very willing and just needs more exposure. She is an incredibly fun little horse who tackles everything with enthusiasm and a massive smile on her face. She loves to jump and is bold XC, currently DR scores in the low 30s but this will easily drop below 30 once her canter work gets stronger. She always receives positive comments from the judges on what a willing little horse she is. Super easy to load (she loads herself from the bottom of the ramp), shoe, vet, teeth etc, nothing is a drama with her, she will stand as long as you need, even when everyone else around her is loosing their head, her manners are exceptional. She would suit either a competitive teenager who is already on horses or a lightweight adult who wants a loyal partner, she would literally die for you once you have built your bond. Would easily hunt / team chase / PC / RC whatever you asked as long as there was something to jump along the way. This horse means the absolute world to me so will only be sold to the right home.
