- Wonderful gelding as pretty as they come with gorgeous temperament! Andy is a 4 year old purebred Connemara gelding, he is a beautiful dun gelding, standing at 15hh at the moment and he will grow more. Andy is a fantastic Connemara, he is a very pretty horse, he is very affectionate and friendly, he stands for grooming all day and loves cuddles. He is easy and quiet to ride, he is suitable for novice, riding school, mother daughter share, he is easy to hack out alone or in company, suitable for a hacking home. He has a lovely temperament and a beautiful jump, he has a great technique with lovely bascule, he is honest, brave and very easy to ride into the fences, he would make a lovely hunter jumper or working hunter. He has jumped here a course of 90cm, he loose jumps over 1.10m with ease and plenty of scope. He loves cross country, he is brave and takes everything in his stride. Andy is a lovely and easy horse, he has a soft snaffle mouth, he rides in a nice outline, Andy is nicely schooled on the flat, he has three super nice paces, he has a lovely uphill canter, he is comfortable to ride. He is a purebred Connemara gelding with fantastic breeding. His Sire is Rosscon Castle King. Rosscon Casrle King is a fantastic dun Class 1 Connemara by Island Lad, out of Cooloo Lady (Westside Mirah x Doilin Star) Andys dam is Meelickisland Snowdrop (Laerkens Cascade Dawn x Atlantic Raven). Laerkens Cascade Dawn is a stallion who needs no more introduction. He is supreme champion, Clifden winner, RDS winner and Sire of many successful ponies. Andy is as sweet as the come, he has a loving nature, a true sweetheart. He will make a lovely Allrounder for pony or riding club activities, he should suit for any equestrian discipline.
