- Bear is a 14.1 welsh part-bred gelding. Bear is a fantastic dressage pony and allrounder, he's been hunting, sj, xc, fun rides, beach rides, area dressage champs and pc camp. He is only up for sale due to my daughter out growing him sadly after getting him when she was 12, he has brought her on from nervously jumping 40cm to confidently jumping around 80cm, he has the scope to go higher. Always ridden in a snaffle, he was hunted out in a snaffle and I trusted him to bring her home safely, he would excel in dressage but this isn't my daughter's favourite discipline. Bear hacks out alone or in company, never gets fizzy. Bear travels perfectly and stands tied to the lorry without a fuss. Good with farrier, dentist, physio, and up to date with vaccines, never been sick or sorry. Would suit a competitive teenager / small adult rider who's ready to go out have some fun. Fit and ready to go.
