Description: A super Connemara stallion with superb pedigree and one of the last Laerkens Cascade Dawn line. Charlie has been professionally produced and is riding well and showing potential in dressage, showjumping and cross country. He had qualified for the dressage Ireland winter championships in April 23 but was unable to attend due to rider injury, he has now qualified for this years Dressage Ireland National Championships being held in September. Charlie is currently gaining dressage percentages of high 60s to low 70s. Charlie has been produced carefully and slowly spending most of his 4 and 5 yr old years being allowed the time to mature before being asked too much and this year has started to compete more seriously in both dressage and jumping competitions Aprox 1m showing that with a bit more mileage he will make a top performance/working hunter pony. Charlie is true to type with good bone and conformation. Charlie is easy to handle and ride, he has been ridden by both adults and children. He hacks out alone and in company including with mares. He is good to travel and can travel in a horse trailer with other geldings. Charlie can cover mares and still carry on with his ridden work not affecting his way of going or temperament.
