Griffin is a 4 year old purebred Connemara gelding, a stunning steel grey to be 15.1hh He is as pretty as they come, a leg in each corner type with great bone, a pretty head and a temperament to die for. He is super friendly, cuddly and kind, he is everybody’s best friend. Griffin has competed at unaffiliated training shows. He is a very easy and straight forward gelding. He wants to please at all times, ridden and on the ground, he is good to shoe, box, catch, ride and in traffic. Griffin has three smashing paces, a beautiful floating trot and a very comfortable uphill canter. He has a soft snaffle mouth and is schooled nicely on the flat. Griffin will go far in the future, no matter which discipline. He can do it all. He has a good jump and jumped here up to 1m, he loose jumped over 1.10 with ease and lots of scope. He turns his hooves to whatever you want him to to do, he is super smart and is eager to please, Griffin has a beautiful work ethic. He should be suitable for mother daughter share, riding school or competitive home. Griffin has a super jump and great movement, he is a straight mover and would be ideal for the show ring, he should make a perfect working hunter, he is brave and straight forward, easy to jump cross country, always has his ears pricked looking for the next fence. Griffin is a purebred gelding with recorded breeding, his Sire is Maam Hero, his dam is by Carraig Galen Miller x Clonberne Boy. Griffin is one of the rare pony’s without Abbeyleix Owen and the other common stallions in his direct bloodline. He is a real traditional pony hard to find. Griffin has been ridden here by novice students, he is good to hack out, alone or in company, he is good in traffic. He is a one in a million, a true Allrounder for everyone!
