Description: Rodney is a stunning bay gelding standing at 17.2. He as done light work and competed at local level in hand and won all his classes and went forward to star’s championship and stood 8th out of 48 which was fantastic seeing he was still so young for a big lad. He is still green hence the price so he needs a capable rider NO NOVICES PLEASE and in the right hands this horse will excel in many spheres. He can be an handful when going to the field when he as been in for a few days not strong just cheeky but all 5ft2 of me can handle him but I’m more than certain this will improve with more work. Good with the farrier barefoot at the moment and copes well but not in much work at the moment,as had a full set of shoes on with no issues. Good with the vet,physio and good to load and travel we can send video of him loading and being traveled if need be. This horse will do so well under saddle showing,dressage and would make an awesome horse to go out hunting on. This is as with many of us a sad sale but he as just grown to big for our needs and needs someone now to take him on to bigger and better things so please no time wasters,tyre kickers or day trippers as this is hard enough.
