- Mia is a Beautiful 16hh 7yr Grey ID Cross Mare Grand Sire is Grange Bouncer. Mia is a very versatile Mare having done a little of everything from beach rides, fun rides, dressage and eventing. Mia is a Beautiful 16hh 7yr Grey ID Cross Mare Grand Sire is Grange Bouncer. Mia has competed by an amateur lady in local country shows in both working Hunter and Show Hunter classes, placing 1st Medium Weight Show Hunter class in 2022, and getting great experience in Working Hunter level at 80 & 90cm. She has always been very well behaved at shows and has taken everything in her stride. Mia is beautiful to ride on the flat giving you a safe and comfortable feeling, she knows basic lateral work and is never spokey or sharp. Mia show jumping is careful and always tries, she has seen all types of fillers and jumps, she is steady into a fence and gives you a nice feel. She has competed in SJI up to 90cm and has SJI points with multiple double clears. Mia thoroughly enjoys XC and is never hot or silly and always gives her best, she is un fazed by water or ditches. She has hunted and proved to be sensible and easy to do. She hacks alone or in company and is excellent in heavy traffic. Given the weather she is currently living out, but happily stables with no vices. She doesn’t need to be ridden every day and having days off has no effect on her behaviour. Mia is easy to catch and is happy living on her own or with others. She’s good to shoe and is very easy to handle on the ground as well as been ridden and she is absolutely vice free. Mia loads straight on the lorry or trailer and I often take her out and about on my own. She also happily stands on the trailer on her own at shows, so you can go off and leave her whilst you have a look round.
