He could excel in showing or dressage but has proved to be a complete all rounder for his current owner. Originally purchased as a first pony approx18 months ago, he has been much loved, schooled and ridden in several disciplines by an11yr old boy. Sadly, his rider has now outgrown him which is the only reason for sale. A very loving, calm, forgiving pony and ultimately safe! An absolute dream to load, shoe and clip and has NO vices. He is great with younger children who are comfortable to compete low level, however his current rider has thoroughly enjoyed regular competitions within NSEA, individual sj competitions, all pony club related activities but his real shining glory has been adapting and regularly playing polo. He is calm and unphased in heavy traffic, being around large farm machinery, hacking alone or in company (leading or following), and unphased by other livestock such as cows, dogs, sheep etc. He is a dream to work around in his stable, loves his cuddles and happy to join you when eating your sandwiches in the pouring rain, a real member of the family! A favourite around his local village, children join him to walk to the village shop or adults love him to pop his nose in at the local pub! He competes in his pony club polo team regularly and qualified for Cowdray Polo Championships! A true dream for any young rider that is looking for a safe all-rounder that can take them on any adventure they wish to explore. Regularly competing in NSEA, qualifying individually and as a team, at Hickstead nationals jumping 50/60/70cm. Active in his local pony club, he participates in hunt rides, family fun rides and all pony club related events that his rider enjoys. He happily lives alone in his current home but will also happily live alongside other ponies and horses when in livery.
