- One in a million! He moves, jumps and has the biggest of hearts! There’s nothing not to like about this absolutely stunning little horse! He really is one of a kind who can turn his hoof to any job. His ability teamed with his superb temperament means he will be a huge asset to his new home. Buster is an approx 15.1hh(will mature at 15.2hh) 5yr old dapple grey Connemara gelding. By the sire Brock Lodge Buster and the dam Forest Bluebell he is superbly conformed, built uphill, with great feet and clean legs. Ideal for a junior rider, mother/daughter share or an amateur rider, he’s compact model meaning he’s a physically easy ride yet has three flashy paces and a scopey jump. Produced by an amateur rider slowly and correctly which has turned him into the superstar he is today and left him with a willing and positive attitude towards his work. Owned since a 2yr old so full history known and has never been rushed or pushed too quickly. Has been lightly educated across all spheres giving him a great education and proving his will go on and be successful in any chosen discipline. Has arena evented, showjumped, done one day events, riding club, dressage,beach rides and has lightly hunted. He has taken all of the above in his stride with a mature outlook to everything asked from him. He is currently jumping courses of 90-1m showjumping and easily xc schooling be90/100 proving to be very bold, brave and careful. For a young horse he has always proved to be very genuine, honest and always tries to please. Has been ridden in a snaffle for all disciplines including hunting and is very rhythmical, easy between fences whilst enjoying his job and giving his rider confidence. Three lovely paces with a super canter which is very easy to adjust. Works in a correct consistent outline in all gaits and works well from the aids without being sharp. Has been lightly competed dressage always receiving great comments from the judges regarding his potential to be successful in this sphere. Currently scoring around the 71%(29)mark in his recent tests. A super hack both alone and in company and has proved to be great with all traffic including lorries,buses tractors and farm machinery at home. Loves the beach and the sea and has proved to be sane and sensible in groups and open spaces. Will go first or last and has been used to both hacking in the woodland and around the busy villages including busy roads. A dream to do at home, very low maintenance and stress free. Will live in or out, no stable vices, currently turned out with another gelding but isn’t clingy when he’s taken away. Great to box(trailer/lorry),shoe,clip,wash. Easy to handle both at home and at shows. Used to dogs and is a very friendly soul who enjoys attention. Doesn’t need daily work to keep him sane and is happy being picked up and put down as required. Upto date with everything currently fit out competing/hunting,recently shod,clipped, teeth done and fully vaccinated. A real versatile type who is a huge grassroots prospect but could easily up the levels BE as his education progress.
